1 c. nonfat plain yogurt
1 small onion, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 tsp. each: paprika, cumin, tumeric, ginger, salt, garam masala
1/2 tsp. each: pepper, cinnamon
pinch of ground cloves
4 pieces of boneless-skinless chicken breast

Stir together yogurt, onion, and garlic in a bag. Add lemon juice and spices. Add chicken and coat well. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours (or overnight). Preheat oven to 500º F. Coat wire rack with spray and set it over a foil-covered baking sheet. Bake chicken until fully cooked, about 25-30 minutes.
Per serving: 227 calories, 10 g. fat, 8 g. carbs, 27 g. protein, 398 mg. sodium; Selenium 20% daily value, Zinc 18% daily value).
