1 c. butter
1/4 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. water
2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
1 c. chopped pecans
powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream 1 c. butter and 1/4 c. powdered sugar. Add 2 tsp. vanilla and 1 tbsp. water. Add 2 cups sifted all-purpose flour. Mix well and add 1 c. chopped pecans. Refrigerate dough overnight. Form crescents on baking sheet. Bake at 300º on ungreased cookie sheets for about 20 minutes. While still warm, roll in powdered sugar.
