2/3 c. dry bread crumbs
1 c. milk
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
2 eggs (slightly beaten)
1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. sage

Piquant Sauce:
3 T. brown sugar
1/4 c. ketchup
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:

Saok the bread crumbs in milk, Add meat, eggs, onion and seasonings. Mix well. Form into a loaf and place in a lightly greased pan. Cover with the sauce and bake 60 to 70 minutes at 350º.
