1 loaf French bread
1 cup softened butter
2 cups (or more) shredded cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons sour cream
1 egg yolk
2 teaspoons mustard

Directions:
Slice bread. Mix 1 cup shredded cheese with other ingredients. Spread on sliced bread. Sprinkle with remainder of cheese on bread slices. Brown at 375º for about 2 minutes.
