2 lb yellow squash
1 medium onion chopped
1/2 to 1 c water
2 1/2 c Pepperidge Farm seasoned stuffing mix, 1 1/2 sticks butter
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 pt sour cream
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp seasoned salt.

Directions:
Directions:
Slice & cook squash with onion, salt & pepper in a skillet with water until tender. Melt butter & mix with stuffing & seasoned salt. Line bottom of 9 x 13 inch baking dish with a layer of stuffing. Combine soup & sour cream then stir into cooked squash. Pour mixture into the dish & top with remaining stuffing. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 45 minutes.
