2 lbs. boiled chicken
1/2 stick butter
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can evaporated milk or 6 oz. whole milk
1 box cornbread stuffing mix
11/2 c. chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Take chicken off bone,place in 2 qt. casserole dish. Melt butter,add soups & milk. Pour over chicken. Mix stuffing with broth and spoon over mixture in casserole dish. Dot with butter. Do not stir layers together. Bake at 425º for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
