1 1/2 c. biscuit mix
1 - 16 oz. package light brown sugar
4 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. flaked coconut
1 c. pecans, chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Stir together biscuit mix and brown sugar. Add eggs and stir with spoon until blended. Stir in vanilla, coconut, and pecans. Pour into a lightly greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.

Note: Best when eaten warm!
