3 cups chopped vidalia onion (three onions)
3 cups shredded swiss cheese
1 to 1 1/2 cups mayo
3 tsp minced garlic

Preheat oven to 350º. Grease casserole dish. Mix ingredients and add to dish. Bake 35-40 minutes until bubbly. Serve with Fritos or tortilla chips
