3 lbs walleye pike fillets (or any white fish)
1 cup sour cream
onions
1/4 cup margarine, melted
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, fresh
1/2 tsp lemon pepper
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Wipe pike fillets off with a clean, damp cloth; pat dry and place in lightly greased shallow baking pan. Combine sour cream, butter, cheese, lemon pepper, and onions and spread over fillets in pan. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Remove fish from oven and sprinkle with paprika.
