1 package sugar cookie dough
8 oz cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
2 tbsp cornstarch
assorted fruit

Spread the cookie dough into a greased jelly roll pan. Bake according to directions.

CHEESE LAYER : Beat together the cream cheese with 1/2 cup sugar. When the crust is cooled, spread with the cheese mixture.

FRUIT: Top the cheese layer with any desired fruits. I usually use pineapple, peaches, grapes, kiwi, and strawberries.

GLAZE: Thicken 1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice with 2 tbsp cornstarch and 1/4 cup sugar. Pour glaze over pizza after fruits are added.

I usually don't add the glaze until right before serving, otherwise the crust will get soggy.
