Leaf, Romaine, or Iceberg Lettuce
1 small onion sliced in rings (optional)
1 to 2 avocados sliced
1 can of Mandarin Oranges drained
1/4 c toasted slivered Almonds(Pecans or walnuts)

Dressing: 1 T chopped onion
4 T wine vinegar
1/2 c sugar
1 tsp yellow mustard
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp celery seed
1 c vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Place vinegar, 1 T onion, & dry ingredients in a blender & blend slowly. Add oil & blend well.(Makes enough for several salads & can be kept refrigerated.) Toss salad ingredients with dressing & serve.
