2 (3/4 pound) pork tenderloins
1/4 cup lite soy sauce
5 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
2 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons dark sesame oil

MAKE a lengthwise cut down center of each tenderloin to within 1/4 inch of oposite side; press to open.
COMBINE soy sauce, garlic, and ginger in a ZipLoc bag; add tenderloins. Seal and chill 3 hours (or more), turning occasionally.
STIR together brown sugar, honey, and oil.
GRILL tenderloins, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350º to 400º) 30 minutes, turning every 10 minutes, and basting with honey mixture.
REMOVE from grill and cover with foil for about 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.

This is definitely one of my very favorite meals. You can bake it in the oven, but it is 100 times better on the grill. I got the recipe from Southern Living magazine. The meat is so tender, you don't even need a knife to cut it. I usually serve it with rice and asparagus or broccoli.
