Ingredients:  
1 1/2 lbs. fresh or frozen shrimp cooked
9 oz bag of refrigerated small cheese tortellini

Marinade
1 c. white wine vinegar
1/2 c. white wine
1/2 c. olive oil
1 tsp. of sugar
1/2 tsp. dried tarragon
1/2 tsp. grated lemon zest
2 tsp. lemon juice
a couple shakes hot pepper sauce
garlic powder and salt to taste

Cook shrimp and tortellini add to marinade for at least 30 minutes...........

Drain, reserve 1/2 to 1 cup of the marinade. Put on a serving platter, pour reserved marinade on top.

Shrimp can be marinaded overnight add tortellini a couple hours before you serve it.
