2 c. cubed potatoes (may or may not peel)
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. thinly sliced carrots
1/2 c. diagonally sliced celery
6 tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. salt, or more if needed
1/8 tsp. pepper or more if needed
8 slices bacon crisply cooked and crumbled into chunks
3 - 4 tbsp. butter or margarine

Prepared for grilling. In 3-quart microwave safe casserole, combine potatoes, onion, carrots, celery and water. Cover with wax paper. Microwave on HIGH for 5 to 7 minutes or until vegetables are hot and just begin to cook, stirring once during cooking. Drain liquid. Stir in salt and pepper.

Place potato mixture on 2, 18" x 18" square heavy duty foil. (can make as big as need) Top with bacon and dot with butter (may want to add more). Wrap securely with double fold seal. Place on grill. Cook 25 to 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
