Angel food cake (buy premaid is easiest)
Frozen strawberries or fresh strawberries or both
Lg. instant sugar free vanilla pudding
Low fat Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Tear apart the angel food cake and place a layer in the bottom of a trifle dish.
Add a layer of the strawberries (It works well to mix the frozen and fresh because of the juice in the frozen ones.)
Make pudding as directed on box. Add a layer of pudding over the strawberries.
Cover with cool whip.
Add the same four layers again.
Refrigerate.
