1/2 gal milk
1 cup sugar
1 can condensed milk
4 to 5 eggs
1/3 cup corn starch
4 tsp vanilla
Any one of the following flavors can be added : 1 can crushed pineapple, 1 jar cherries or chocolate syrup.

Directions:
Mix eggs, sugar, and cornstarch with mixer. Add mixture to milk. Cook on low fire stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Take mixture off fire and add condensed milk and vanilla. Let cool. Then add pineapple, cherries or chocolate. Pour in ice cream freezer bucket and churn until ice cream is frozen.
