4 c. unsweetened bottled apple juice
1 pkg. powdered pectin
6 level c. sugar
2 pkg. Kool Aid unsweetened beverage mix

Directions:
Directions:
Measure juice into 6-8 qt. kettle. Add pectin to juice; stir well. Bring to boil over high heat, stirring constantly. Add sugar. Mix well. Continue stirring & bring to a full rolling boil. Boil hard for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Skim foam. Pour into sterilized jars & seal.
