1 lb. bag carrots, pared & thinly sliced diagonally
2 tsp. cornstarch
4 tsp. sugar
1 c. orange juice
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Boil carrots in small amount of water until tender; drain. Stir together cornstarch & sugar. Gradually stir in orange juice, keeping smooth. Add to carrots. Cook & stir until sauce thickens, clears, & boils. Stir in salt & pepper.
