2 c. carrots, cooked & mashed
1 tbsp. grated onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
Peas, cooked & buttered

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except peas. Butter ring mold. Line buttered mold with waxed paper. Butter wax paper. Pour carrot mixture in mold & bake at 350º for 40 minutes.

To remove from mold: Place plate over the mold & turn upside down. Remove wax paper. Fill center of carrot ring with hot buttered peas.
