2 lb. peaches, peeled with pits removed
3 c. sugar
1/2 c. water

Directions:
Cut each peach into 6-8 pieces. Combine sugar & water; boil 5 minutes. Add fruit. Boil slowly until fruit is clear & juice is thick (really thick). Put into sterilized canning jars & seal.
