Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This salad has been a tradition in Tom's
family as long as I have known him. ( I first
had this at his Granny Jordan's house in
1960.) His mother, his aunt, and
his grandmother made it often. His
grandmother always served this at
Thanksgiving and we still have it at his family's
Thanksgiving celebrations.
