2 c. very warm water
1/4 c. sugar
4 c. self-rising flour
1 pack dry yeast
1 egg, beaten
3/4 c. vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Put flour, sugar, and yeast in a large bowl and
mix well . Add beaten egg, oil, and very warm
water to flour mixture. Stir until soupy. Pour
into greased muffin cups and bake at 450º
about 15 minutes or until done. The mixture
can be stored in the refrigerator for several
days.
If you really like the taste of yeast, you can use
two packs of dry yeast.
