Turkey breast with gravy packet
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Dust off your wallet or pry your wife's purse open and buy a turkey breast for approximately $8-$10. Make sure it comes with a gravy packet. Jenny-O is one common one.
Remove and refrigerate gravy packet. Put turkey breast in crock pot on high. Cook for 6 to 7 hours or until the meat flakes off the bone easily. You may have to add some water or reduce heat to keep from burning or searing at the bottom. (First time, Doug added 2/3 cup of water, second time none and third time none). Remember turkey breast is not pre-cooked, but if it flakes off the bone easily, it should be done.
Cool enough to handle. Take meat off of bone if there is one. Flake meat some but it falls apart after reheating anyway.
Put back in crock pot. Add gravy packet and one can of undiluted cream of mushroom soup.
Heat on high until warm/hot. Serve. It will hold on low for a long time.
If you cook a day ahead of time and reheat, the flavors mingles better, and you save time and anxiety.

There is one drawback to this dish. If you serve it at a party, sure enough, some one will ask you for the recipe. Then, you will feel obliged to provide it and worry about your speeeeling. Best of luck!
