Broccoli Casserole Recipe

2 pks(10oz.) chopped broccoli
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sharp cheese, grated
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 T. grated onion
Cheeze-its crackers, crumbled

Cook broccoli in salted water for 5 minutes.
Drain. Mix eggs, mayonnaise, cheese, soup,
and onion and combine with broccoli. Pour in
a greased casserole dish and top with
crumbled Cheeze-its.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

This recipe came from my sister-in-law, Betty
Sue McGilberry. The first time we had this Tom
told her he did not eat broccoli. He ate
seconds of this!
