1 large box of Vanilla Wafers
1 can Eagle Brand milk
2 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
1/2 lb. candied cherries
1/2 lb. candied pineapple
1 can coconut or 1 1/2 c. of fresh coconut
3/4 c. chopped dates

Directions:
Directions:
Crush vanilla wafers and add milk. Stir in nuts
and other ingredients. Pack in waxed paper in
vanilla wafer box. Refrigerate. (You could pack it in any waxed paper lined container.)

This was a recipe that Tom really liked. It is
not like traditional fruit cake.
