2 1/2 c flour
1 tsp soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp salt
2/3 c shortening, softened
1/2 c sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c molasses
1/2 c sour milk
1 c raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together dry ingredients. Put in large bowl, shortening, sugar, egg and molasses. Beat at medium speed and add sifted dry ingredients. Beat until well blended. Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet and bake for 12 minutes at 350 degrees.
