1 c flour
1/2 c old fashioned oats
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 c peanut butter
1/2 c oleo
3/4 c brown sugar
3 eggs
1/2 c milk (or water)
1 tsp vanilla
1-6 oz pkg chocolate chips - divided in half

Directions:
Directions:
Blend flour, oats, baking powder and salt. Cream peanut butter and oleo, then add brown sugar and beat until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time. Add milk, vanilla and dry ingredients and blend well. Stir in half the chocolate chips. Spread batter in 13x9" greased pan. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Cool and cut into bars.
