2 kiwis, peeled and diced
2 Golden Delicious apples, peeled, cored, and diced
8 oz. raspberries
1 lb. strawberries
2 tbsp. white sugar
1 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. fruit preserves, any flavor
10 ten-inch flour tortillas
butter flavored cooking spray
2 cups of cinnamon-sugar

Directions:
In large bowl, thoroughly mix fruit, sugars, and preserves. Cover and chill in refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 º F.
Coat one side of tortillas with butter flavored cooking spray. Cut tortillas into wedges and set on a large baking sheet. Sprinkle wedges with desired amount of cinnamon-sugar and spray again with cooking spray.
Bake in oven for 8-10 minutes. Allow to cool 15 minutes. Serve with chilled fruit mixture.
