Directions:
Directions:
Slice onions. Soak onion slices in egg/milk batter while oil is heating and getting flour ready. Stir salt and pepper into bowl of flour. Dredge onion slices in flour. Fry in hot oil. For extra crust, after onion slice has been soaked in batter and dredged in flour, dip quickly in egg/milk batter again and and coat again in flour before frying.
