2 tsp. Accent seasoning
2 tsp. garlic salt
2/3 tbsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. meat tenderizer
1 tbsp. liquid smoke
2/3 c. soy sauce
2/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. water
2-3 tbsp. hot pepper seeds
1 tsp. red pepper

Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Cut meat into very thin strips, 1/4 inch wide. Marinate meat for 24 hours in covered bowl. Stir at least once. Put in oven on rack at 100 for 3-4 hours (or until done). Hint: Cover oven racks with foil to help with cleanup.
