1 (8oz) pkg cheese tortellinis
1 Pkg Italian sausage
1/4 lb bacon, cut in pieces
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 heads escarole
4 cups chicken broth
1 can white beans - undrained
1 (28oz) can tomatoes
1 med bell pepper, chopped
1 med onion, chopped
Italian seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Cook tortellini according to package directions. Cook and slice Italian sausages - set aside both.
In a large pot, fry bacon. Add cleaned, cored and dried escarole to bacon and grease. Cook down. Add chicken broth, garlic, white beans, tomatoes (broken up), bell pepper, onion and italian seasoning. Simmer 20 to 30 minutes. Add sausage and tortellinis. Heat through. Serve with garlic bread.
