4 chicken breast
1 garlic clove minced
2 tbsp margarine
1 14.5 oz cans of chicken broth (1 more can if you add rice)
1 cup salsa
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1 tbsp or more ground cumin
8 oz. jack cheese shredded or cubed
sour cream
tortilla chips

1. cook and shred chicken breast
2. add minced garlic to margarine in slow cooker saute
3. combine all remaining ingredients except, cheese, sour cream, and chips
4. cover and cook 8-10 hours
5. place some cheese in bottom of bowl. top with sour cream and chips
