1 lb. ground beef
salt and pepper (2 tsp. salt - I use)
2 med. onions, diced
1 stalk celery, diced
1/2 tsp. marjoram leaves
1 can tomato soup
1 qt. whole tomatoes
1 can kidney beans (drained)
chili powder to taste (1 tbsp.)
1 tbsp. sugar
1 qt. water or soup stock
1 lb. elbow spaghetti, cooked
1 can chili beans

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat with salt and pepper. Add onions and celery; cook slightly. Add marjoram leaves, tomato soup and small amount of water; cover and simmer. Add chili beans, tomatoes, chili powder, sugar, and stock; bring to boil, turn off heat. Add rinsed spaghetti; let stand 1 hour. Reheat and serve.

Tim made this in 1968 when we were newlyweds! He found the recipe in a "Favorite Recipes of Wisconsin" cookbook that we received as a wedding gift from my aunt and uncle!
