2 egg whites
3/4 cup sugar
Pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup Chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions:

PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES

Beat egg whites until stiff and add sugar & salt while beating. Add vanilla. Remove bowl from mixer and fold in Chocolate chips & nuts.
Drop by teaspoonfuls on cookie sheets lined with brown paper or parchment. DO NOT GREASE. Place cookie sheets on 2nd & 4th baking racks. Turn off oven and leave them in oven OVERNIGHT. DO NOT PEEK.
