1 lb. bulk Italian Sausage
10 slices firm bread
2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
10 eggs
3 c. milk
4 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
salt and pepper to taste
1 8 oz. can cream-style corn
1 4 oz. can green chilies, chopped

Directions:

Brown sausage. Grease 9 x 13 pan. Cut or tear the bread in cubes and place 1/2 of them in the bottom of the pan. Scatter the cheese over the bread. Scatter all the sausage over the cheese. In large bowl combine eggs, milk, butter, salt and pepper. Beat well until the mixture is smooth. Stir in the corn and chilies. Pour 1/2 of this mixture over the sausage. Scatter the remaining bread, then the remaining cheese. Pour the remaining egg mixture over all. Refrigerator over night. In the morning, remove from the fridge and let sit until room temperature. Preheat over to 350 degrees and bake for 45 - 50 minutes.
