8 c. rice chex
1 stick of butter
6 oz. chocolate chips
½ c. peanut butter
2 c. powdered sugar

Measure chex into a bowl. Melt all ingredients in medium saucepan accept for powdered sugar. When melted pour over cereal. Mix in 2c. of powdered sugar or enough to cover.
