8 ounces cream cheese, softened
8 ounces sour cream
2 T salsa
1 to 2 T finely chopped (cooked) green chile
1 bunch scallions, finely chopped
Chopped fresh cilantro to taste (if it's availabe in your area)
Flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, blend all ingredients except cilantro and tortillas. Spread one side of each tortilla with filling mixture and sprinkle with cilantro. Roll tortilla around filling lenghtwise and place seam side down on plate or in plastic container. Cover & refrigerate at least 1 hour - but no longer than three hours - to allow filling to become firm.
Before serving, slice tortilla rolls crosswise to form roll-up pinwheels.
