1/2 c butter
2 oz melted unsweetened chocolate
2 c flour
dash salt
3/4 c sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
chocolate frosting or nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in sauce pan. Add chocolate and cool. Add all remaining ingredients except frosting and nuts. Mix well. Shape in 4 rolls 3/4" in diameter. Wrap in waxed paper and chill for several hours. Cut into 2" logs. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 10 - 12 minutes. Frost with chocolate frosting and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
