6 Cups chopped Cabbage
2 Tbsp Butter
2 Tbsp flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/4 Cups milk
1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/4 Cup chopped onion
4 cups prepared cornbread

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Cook cabbage, covered, in small amount of boiling salted water; drain. In same pan with cabbage, melt butter. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Add mild all at once. Cook and stir over medium heat until thick and bubbly. Stir in cheese and onion until cheese melts. Remove from heat. In 9x12 baking dish, crumble 3 cups of prepared cornbread, top with cooked cabbage mixture and crumble remaining cornbread over top. Bake 30-35 minutes.
