4 Cups thin sliced Zucchini, unpeeled (can be a little more)
1 Cup chopped onion
1/2 Cup margarine
1/4 tsp. Oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp Regular Yellow Mustard
2 eggs, beaten
2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese
8 oz. can Crescent Rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º. Cook Zucchini and onion in margarine until tender - appx. 10 minutes. Stir in dry seasonings (NOT mustard). In large bowl, blend eggs and cheese. Stir in cooked Zucchini and onion. Press rolls into 10" pie plate forming crust. Spread Mustard evenly inside newly formed crust. Pour in vegetable/cheese mixture. Bake 18-20 minutes until knife inserted in middle comes out clean. If crust browns too quickly, cover with foil for last 10 minutes of bake time.
