2 lb. baby carrots
2-3 tbsp. butter or margarine
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 pkg. dry Ranch dressing mix

Directions:
Directions:
Boil (or steam) carrots in small amount of water until still firm but tender. Drain water. Add 2 to 3 tbsp (not enough to make soupy) butter/margarine while carrots are still hot. Stir to coat carrots. Add about 1/4 c. brown sugar; stir to coat and melt the butter and brown sugar over low heat briefly to glaze. Remove from heat. Sprinkle packet of dry Ranch dressing (1 to 2 tbsp if using bulk rather than packet) over carrots and gently stir.
