1-12 oz can tomato paste
2-8 oz cans tomato sauce
1 lb ground beef
1 med. onion (chopped)
1 med.bell pepper (chopped)
salt & pepper to taste
2 cups water
1 1/2tsp parsley flakes
1/8 tsp garlic powder
Directions:
Directions:
brown and drain ground beef, add bell peppers and onions, salt and pepper and remaining ingredients simmer for 15 min. serve with your favorite pasta.
