8 cans cooked vegetables (chop suey and chow mein by Chun King or Le Choy
2 can Bean sprouts
2 can Sliced water chestnuts
16 oz soy sauce (Chun King)

Notes from Grandma Durkin-- Next time use 2 pkgs celery and increase bean sprouts to 6 cans. This was barely enough to serve 27 people. Could have used more.
