4 T. flour
1 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
1c. sugar
1/2 c.shortening
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Bring to boil flour and milk, this will make a paste. Set aside. Beat together for five minutes butter, sugar, shortening, and vanilla, add the above mixture by spoonfulls Beat all for another five minutes.
Great, quick icing for 24 cupcakes or 9x13 cake
