1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 zucchini (medium sized)
1 Vadelia onion
1 box fresh mushrooms
Marinade: 3/4 cup salad or olive oil; 1/3 cup wine vinegar; 1 tsp dry oregano; 1 tsp sugar; 1 tsp thyme; 1 tsp salt; 1/2 tsp pepper

Cut up vegetables in bite size pieces. Marinate for at least 1/2 hour. Drain marinade, place in wok or grill.
