4 Chopped medium tomatoes.
3 Cloves Garlic, minced.
1/4 c. Olive Oil.
1 1/2 lbs. medium fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined.
12 c. Feta cheese, crumbled.
1/4 tsb. Black pepper.
Juice from one lemon.
3 T. Chopped fresh parlsey.

Directions:
Directions:
Over medium heat, cook garlilc in two turns of oil, for about 5 minutes.....do not burn garlic.

Remove garlic and lower heat to low.

Add to the oil, tomatoes, half of parsley, and cook for about another 15 minutes....mash tomatoes to soften.

Add shrimp and cook, under low heat, for about 5 minutes...until just pink.

Remove from heat.

Immediately, while still in skillet, sprinkle shrimp with feta cheese, pepper and the remaining parsley and lemon juice.

Immediately serve over pasta.
