1/4 c. oil
1 - box yellow or white cake mix
1-1/2 c. water
2 beaten eggs
1 large coconut (divided) Angel Flake
1 - 16 oz. can cream of coconut (Coco Lopez)
1 large carton whipped topping
Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9x13" baking pan with 1/4 cup oil. Combine in pan cake mix, water, eggs, half can coconut. Mixture will be lumpy and runny. Bake 350º for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and while hot punch holes in cake and pour over cream of coconut. Cool completely. Mix whipped topping with remaining coconut and spread over cake. Chill and serve.
