6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
2 (28 ounce) cans Tutoroso Crushed Italian Tomatoes
2 green bell pepper, seeded and cubed
8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves minced garlic
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cut breasts of chicken half for thin slice, quarter slices. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil to a large hot skillet, 1 sliced garlic clove and chicken. Brown only. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil to croc-pot then place in chicken, and cover chicken with tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, onions and garlic.
Cover, and cook on Low for 7 to 9 hours

When ready to serve...take a slotted spoon, spoon out chicken, pepper, etc. to serving bowl/platter. Pour sauce over spaghetti and serve immediately with grated cheese.
