1 lb pork, cut into thin stripes
2 carrots, julienne cut
2 cloves garlic minced
1 bunch broccoli, chopped
1 lb sliced fresh mushrooms
1 med onion, cut into wedges
11/4 c water
1/4 c soy sauce
1/4 c corn syrup
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
21/2 T corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
Combine water, soy sauce, corn syrup, corn starch and red pepper and set aside.
Stir fry pork and garlic in wok in 1 T oil. Remove from wok and stir fry carrots, broccoli, onion until tender crisp, add mushrooms and stir fry for 1 min. Return meat to the pan and add the sauce and cook until thickened, serve over rice.
