2 Envelopes Lipton Vegetable Recipe Soup Mix
1 pint (16 oz) sour cream
1/2 c mayonnaise
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 pkg (10-oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 can (8oz) water chestnuts, drained and chopped
Dill weed (to taste)
Herbes de Provence (to taste)
Basil (to taste)

In medium bowl, blend 2 envelopes Lipton Soup Mix, 1 pint sour cream, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Stir in 1 pkg chopped spinach and 1 can water chestnuts. Add dill weed, Herbes de Provence and basil to taste. Blend and chill for at least 2 hours before serving
